They will justify or find a conspiracy excuse for any lie or even criminal behavior of which he is found guilty. Thus, one will never see all Republicans stand together for truth & justice against Trump. What a study in human behavior both Trump & his supporters have presented to our generation. Somehow I don’t feel like Lindsay was ‘hollow’. He always looked to me like a person of some integrity, who, out of fear, (knowing the totally ruthless, and unscrupulous man with almost unlimited, unchecked power in the Office of the Presidency), couldn’t muster enough courage to be REAL and stand by his own values. {This lack of courage is the common trait of that small (unbrainwashed) group of once ‘honorable Republicans’.. They’ve all surrendered to the threats, insults, and bullying of their leader

I’ve seen a lot of well done articles about Graham that missed one thing: the influence on John McCain before his death. It was not until Sen. McCain passed away that Graham switched to MAGA. He’s like a ramora looking for the biggest influencer and matches their style.
They don’t get their nicknames by such non coincidences either imo and miss L had a few of his own while hurting far to many others of which as you should understand the term compromised also, Moscow Mitch etc etc the list goes on and on. That in itself is not good for our country imo

He may have calculated (correctly) that Trump would destroy him if he opposed him.
