Recently (robotic) vehicles that have attempted to land on the moon that have a narrow aspect ratio have toppled over (almost without exception)...

Clearly the models / simulations they are using are not taking into account uneven bounce and uneven upthrust from the Lunar Regolith + residual momentum from uneven gravitational fields of the moon's geology (on approach) - DOES NOT FAVOR a stupid stonking missile on the moon - pointing back at EARTH. Even with large 1950s styled outriggers. How many of those would have to land on the moon automatically via robotic remote control before you would put a real live human crew aboard such a craft - something I further stress to the crunchy Space MILF.

^^^ It's NOT a good look especially during the height of the cold war - there was this notion that 'He" who controls the moon has an easy return trajectory to bomb Earth ... It turns out the orbital mechanics for space based flying Bombs is not so easy at all. <--- Those NASA based flying bomb type projects were cancelled for just being too difficult for precision targeting even via manned space station.

BUT private Musk with a nuclear War head on his private penis on the MOON pointing back at Earth (as theoretically ANY payload would be possible is a VERY VERY bad look --- This is Gold Member / The Spy Who Shagged me type of stuff. BTW Obama was the one that gave Elon his big -break in the space-business I guess figuring that civilian applications will keep him out of the nuclear missile business and keeping the idea of private ownership of nukes very far out of the hands of such individuals.

So when I point out to the crunchy mom that has not even the simplest grasp of Astronautical Engineering (as we used to call it back in the day) - ie. by what means to LAND on the frikken MOON... it's left to crickets and tumble weeds between their respective ears (and quiet whistling hollow bottle like sound - reminiscent of Delia Derbyshire*) as they can't think visually at all nor think in terms of engineered systems - even at the most marco level.
