Nigel Farage campaigning in Alabama for judge Roy Moore, the proven pedophile is just too much. They sure do love their children. American values?

Rise of populism is also eroding the political landscape Lithuania. While a populist government can be dangerous anywhere, it’s even more dangerous in the precarious position Lithuania is geopolitically and geographically.

The proper framework to view the world is the Free World vs. its enemies.

Both Putin’s Russia and Islamists are in the latter category.

Though women were made full equal members of our Republic the day it was formed, and they became fellow republican-democrats with men 11 years, 11 months, & 7 days later when our Constitution was ratified (June 21, 1788), representation among our public servants in Government has not kept with the times. This is how we change that:

SCOTUS Reform: A Major Issue In 2026

SCOTUS has become the judicial arm of the MAGA/Christian Nationalist movement having been orchestrated by the mega-funded Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation Now with full control of the court, it’s now time to “make hay” on the investments the Right has made over the last 30 years The McConnell Senate excuse to delay and then accelerate SCOTUS nominees has led to the desired result of an imbalanced court of today

Elie Mystal, judicial correspondent for the Nation, has since 2020 argued for a congressionally dictated court expansion(https://bit.ly/4b9YwhM) Arguments that it would lead to continued court expansion is okay with him since it would over time dilute the power of the court hence making it more effective Court watcher extraordinaire Mark Joseph Stern has recognized this judicial disaster and suggested that a 4 part congressional plan(https://bit.ly/4soC0rY) would help in judicial reform

But one thing is now clear SCOTUS reform in some form should take place and that should be one of the primary issues that Democratic candidates should be confronted with going into the 2026 midterms

Thank you for, “Orbán is a favorite of Trump, Vice President Vance, the whole crowd: MAGA at large, which is to say the GOP at large.” … The GOP ceased being a while ago. Congressional Republicans could have checked Trump’s fascist agenda on January 6th 2021 and then at any time thereafter up to today.

those of the Left, ignore the masses of the Center-Right at their peril.

.

propping up straw-men of the Far Right, and focusing on their more extreme statements, is one way to do that. However using the extreme-right, to discredit the center-right, is a sure path to being ignored - and to losing electorally, imo.

Yes, but we have to talk also about the other half. What is supposed to be a strong opposition to aforementioned, especially to Putin and Trump, is nothing but a bunch of scared cowards: Starmer, Macron, Merz etc
